A: Our oils and flower waters have never needed preservation - not now, not in any century past. They are naturally stable, lasting 24 months or more when kept from heat and direct light. No preservatives, no shortcuts because purity endures when left whole. Our clay has no expiration date if stored unmixed and air-tightly sealed.

Q: Where does the ritual begin?
A: Begin with Hoba, our Egyptian jojoba oil. It mimics the skin’s natural balance and prepares your face, scalp, and body for whatever follows. One oil. Endless paths. Then add one of the flower waters (Rose and Geranium) and a clay (primordial Argil green clay).

A: Most orders ship within 1–2 days from our studio in Colorado. Within the U.S., your products will typically arrive in 3–5 days. For international destinations, please allow 7–14 days, depending on customs and the path your parcel takes.

A: Yes. We ship the ritual everywhere. Wherever you are, Katari can find you.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t yet left our studio, we are happy to adjust or cancel it or add anything you need to it. Please use our chat - it goes straight to out phones - we will take care of you no matter what.

A: If your skin doesn’t adore what we craft, we will return your money or replace it with something your skin will love. No questions. No conditions.

Q: Where do your products come from?
A: Every element is sourced from the Mediterranean: oils from Egypt and Tunisia, waters from Tunisia, clays from the Atlas Mountains, perfumes from France and our glass is hand blown in Egypt. We work directly with artisans who preserve ancient methods.

Q: How are your products packaged?
A: Each item is bottled, corked, and wrapped by hand in our Colorado studio. We do it all in-house because we believe in knowing every detail of what we send to you. It is personal. It always will be.

Q: Can I recycle your bottles and packaging?
A: Every bottle is made of glass and sealed in natural cork. You can reuse it, refill it, or recycle it. Nothing we send is meant to linger in the earth as waste.
