What It Is
Katari Granate is not your typical pomegranate seed oil. Our makers dry the whole pomegranate kernel first, then cold-press it — which is why Granate has its signature soft pink color. The result is a lightweight, non-greasy oil packed with antioxidants that helps skin look brighter, smoother and more even, supports elasticity, and soothes the look of irritation.

Perfect for a natural pro-aging ritual, Granate also nourishes hair, adding shine, softness, and a subtle fragrance.

Bottled in handblown glass with cork, it is single-ingredient, cruelty-free, vegan, and preservative-free. A radiant Mediterranean staple for skin and hair.

100% pure cold-pressed Egyptian Black Pomegranate Seed Oil (Punica granatum seed oil).

Naturally aromatic due to high active compounds. No other ingredients, additives, fragrances or dyes. Just a single-ingredient product - nothing added or taken away.

Apply sparingly to damp skin. Best used at night or mixed with lighter oils (layered over Katari Hoba Oil). Ideal for mature or dry skin types.

For Face: After misting Roseau or Geran, press Granate into skin to support a firmer look, brighten the look of dark spots, and soften the look of lines.

For Marks & Uneven Tone: Apply daily to areas with marks or uneven tone for a gradually more even look.

For Hair: Use on damp hair before styling to protect and add shine, or on dry hair to tame ends and flyaways.

I bought the oil on vacation in Colorado at a spa thinking I would give it a try and it was probably just be another oil for my face but I Absolutely fell in love with the stuff ...makes my skin feel so smooth ,helps with my sun damaged skin. It is so lightweight and smells amazing !!! I can't live without it !

I’ve found most heavier oils I can only make the best of for specific uses, as I have really sensitive skin. Granate has become my go-to! It’s so light and glides on the skin and removes redness immediately. It absorbs into the skin so well and I would say personally, it’s a close second to jojoba oil on pore tightening. Love this oil and it smells like heaven.

I use this remarkable oil as a serum; it's very moisturizing, but not heavy and I use it on it's own or as part of my skin product layering routine.

All those comments about how amazing this smells? Absolutely true. It is such a treat to put this on, and it will make you so impressed with how mother nature can create something that smells SO good, it smells almost like candy.

(Also: I use/rotate all of Katari's oils....you will not be disappointed. I started following this company on IG a few months ago, finally bought a couple of items a month later...and then, a month ago, I ordered a veritable cargo of stuff. I am so pleased that I did, I love all the products, they are really something special, so rich and so healthy for your skin. )

A Product I Didn't Know I Needed!!

This lightweight oil has become a true staple to my routine, especially after days I do exfoliating treatments. The smell alone give me joy and it always leaves my face feeling soft and smooth. It absorbs so well into the skin and you really only need a small amount.

Why is my Granate pink (or orange)?

We press the whole dried kernel, not only the seed, so the natural pigments come through. The shade changes with each harvest, just like the fruit. That's how you know nothing was refined out.

I felt a slight tingle. Is that normal?

For some skin, yes, especially after sun or with melasma. The oil's active compounds can give extra-sensitive skin a little tingle. It fades on its own and is not an adverse reaction. If it bothers you, mix Granate with Hoba or switch to Hoba alone for a while. Patch-test any new ingredient.

Who is Granate best for?

Dull, tired or weather-stressed skin, from the 30s into the 60s and beyond. It's also a favorite for massage and hair. Keep the bottle out of direct sun: its natural color fades in light.
