Recipe: Aloe, Oat & Castor Heel Masque
This is the gentle cousin of our lemon heel treatment. No acid, nothing to sting, just softening ingredients your feet will love.
You'll need
- 2 tablespoons aloe juice
- 2 tablespoons cooked, cooled oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Black Castor Oil
How to make it
- Mix. Stir everything into a thick paste.
- Apply. Spread over clean heels and any rough spots.
- Wrap. Pull on cotton socks and wrap your feet in a warm blanket. Warmth helps everything soak in.
- Rinse. After 20-30 minutes, rinse with warm water and finish with a few drops of Hoba.
The most important thing for happy feet? Shoes that fit. Then water, a balanced diet and regular upkeep. Miracles in skincare are simple.
