Welcome to Arcana

The Katari Rewards Circle

Earn points on every ritual. Rise from Voyager to Oracle. Redeem for money off anything Katari.

What is Arcana?

A circle of voyagers, keepers and oracles.

Arcana means secret knowledge. It is our thank-you to the people who travel this road with us, through centuries of Mediterranean rituals, handcrafted ingredients and slow beauty. Every purchase, review and friend you bring earns points, and every 100 points is $5 off your next order. The more you explore, the faster you earn.

Questions about Arcana

How do I join?

Create a Katari account or sign in with your email. You become a Voyager right away, get 50 points, and start earning on your next order.

How much is a point worth?

100 points = $5. You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, 1.25 as a Keeper and 1.5 as an Oracle.

How do I become a Keeper or Oracle?

Spend $500 in 12 months to become a Keeper, or $1,000 to become an Oracle. Your tier updates automatically and you get bonus points when you reach it: 100 for Keeper, 200 for Oracle. You keep your tier for 12 months, then it renews based on the last 12 months of shopping.

Do points expire?

Only if your account is quiet for 12 months. Any purchase or redemption keeps all your points active.

Can I use points with other discount codes?

One code per order. If you have a promo code and a points reward, choose the one you like best. Free shipping on orders over $75 still applies.

Do subscriptions earn points?

Subscribe & Save already gives you up to 15% off every delivery, so subscription orders don't earn or redeem points. Your one-time orders earn points as usual.

Can I earn without buying?

Yes. Reviews, photo and video reviews, referrals and your birthday all earn points.

I had points in your old rewards program. What happens to them?

They move to Arcana automatically at their full dollar value. Just sign in with the same email.

Can wholesale accounts join Arcana?

Arcana is for our retail customers. Wholesale partners already receive partner pricing on every order.
