What if my skin does not love the product?

We offer an unconditional guarantee. If you’re not delighted, we will refund you or replace the product - no questions asked.

We are happy to brag that it almost never happens!

How do you take care of your customers?

We handle every order personally, and every email and text is answered with care. Your experience with Katari should be as pure and honest as our ingredients.

We are a tiny team here in Denver, and we do everything from sourcing to filling and shipping and managing our social media and our site ourselves. That is a lot of hats. If we cannot answer your text immediately, we will make sure to get to it as soon as it is humanly possible.

And if we make a mistake, we always fix it. No matter what! And it is not just an empty promise. We have been doing it since 2010!

Do you offer wholesale and affiliate opportunities?

Yes. We love partnering with spas, boutiques, and affiliates who share our vision of slow, sustainable beauty. Reach out and we will guide you through our wholesale and affiliate programs.

What about shipping?

We offer free U.S. shipping on retail orders over $25, and free international shipping on retail orders over $250. Every order is packed by hand in our Colorado studio.

Are Katari product safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our oils, waters, and clay are single-ingredient and cold-pressed or naturally distilled, making them gentle even for the most reactive skin.

How long do Katari products last?

Our oils and waters are naturally stable for 24 months or more. They don’t need preservatives. They have been used this way for centuries without losing potency.

Our Argil green clay has an indefinite shelf life as long as it is stored in air tight container and is unmixed.

Our perfumes are good for at least 2 years.

Are your products tested on animals & are they vegan?

Never. Our products are tested only by time, tradition, and generations of Mediterranean wisdom.

All our products are plant-based, single-ingredient staples of ancient Mediterranean. There are no ingredients or animal by-products that are part of any of them.

Where do your products come from?

We travel to the Mediterranean to work directly with artisans in Egypt, Tunisia, Italy, France and beyond to source ingredients grown, pressed, and distilled using ancient methods.

How are Katari products packaged?

Every bottle and jar is hand-blown glass with a natural sustainably grown cork. We do this in-house so we know every detail, from sourcing to the moment it reaches your hands.

The only plastic element (by customers' request) is the spray top in our flower waters).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide so you can start your ritual wherever you are. As long as there are no current U.S. embargoes or other restrictions on shipping.

Do I need an account to order?

As a retail customer you do not need an account. You can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, earn Katari Dollars in our rewards program, and access wholesale or affiliate perks more easily.

Wholesale customers are invited to create an account to be able to access wholesale portal and prices.

How do I create an account?

Simply click the Account icon at the top of our website and follow the steps. It only takes a moment, and you’ll have access to your order history and rewards.
