Foot bath for

cracked heels

  • Aloe juice

Recipe description

Mix together aloe juice, cooked oatmeal, honey and Black Castor Oil. Apply to heels for 20-30 minutes. 

To make this recipe even more effective, you can wrap your feet with plastic wrap to keep mixture from drying, wrap your feet in a blanket to keep them warm.

The most important condition for keeping your feet in top shape is selecting shoes that fit properly! Then your heels will feel great too!
