I was pleasantly surprised when I was searching for sustainable mixing tools to add to Katari kits, that olive wood accessories have an incredible cycle of life and sustainability. 

The old trees stop producing olives and are replaced by new trees. Then the old trees are cut and used for crafts. There is nothing better than a tool that can last forever, feel and look great and do a lot of good supporting artisan families who create them.
