A. Email (CAN-SPAM)

Our commercial emails identify Katari (Katari Beauty) as the sender, include our postal address, a truthful subject line, and a one-click unsubscribe that we honor within 10 business days.

We do not sell or transfer emails to third parties for their own marketing without consent.
Multi-Brand Giveaway Participation
By entering a sweepstakes, giveaway, or joint promotional campaign hosted by Katari Beauty and other brands (including, without limitation, on platforms such as DojoMojo), you may be asked to provide consent to receive marketing communications from each participating brand as a condition of entry. If you provided such consent, Katari Beauty is entitled to rely on that consent to send you marketing emails.
You agree that:

Indemnity. If you supplied false, incomplete, or misleading information (e.g., signing up with an email address you do not own, or later claiming lack of consent after affirmatively consenting in the giveaway entry form), you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Katari Beauty from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from such misrepresentation.

Responsibility. Katari Beauty is not liable for any misrepresentations made by entrants in multi-brand campaigns. Entrants bear full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information they provide.

Proof of Consent. Katari Beauty maintains records of consent obtained through such platforms and may rely on those records to demonstrate compliance with applicable marketing laws.
B. SMS/MMS (TCPA/FCC + CTIA)
Consent. By signing up for Katari texts, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders) from Katari at the mobile number used to subscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out/Help. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply.
Your responsibility. You confirm you are the owner or customary user of the number provided and will promptly notify us if you change or relinquish the number. We are not liable for texts sent to numbers provided by you that are later reassigned; however, we maintain consent records and follow carrier and industry practices to minimize misdirected messages.
One-to-one consent. We obtain consent directly from you and do not rely on third-party “lead generator” bundled consent.
Data use. We use your number to send texts per this Disclosure and our Privacy Policy. We share with processors (e.g., messaging platforms) to deliver messages and maintain consent logs.
Program availability. Text services may not be available on all carriers/devices; we are not responsible for delays or failures due to carrier issues.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate the text program at any time.
C. Enforcement; Misrepresentation & Fraud (ties back to Terms §§3, 11–12)
If you provide false contact info, falsify consent, spoof identity, or otherwise misuse our messaging programs, you agree that Katari may pursue all remedies available, including damages, indemnity, service suspension, and court action for injunctive relief and damages as carved out in our Terms.
